Changing the World is a Possibilty for Everyone!

Last night I attended the Falling Whistles presentation at Emens. Shaun who is only 29 has changed the world for the better and strives for world peace but for now is focusing on the Congo. While he was traveling through Africa getting lost he came across an encampment of children who were being beaten for war crimes they were forced to do when they were kidnapped from their home at age eight. If the boys were to small to hold a gun they were put in the front line and armed with a whistle and they were to blow the whistle and scare off the enemy. When this failed and the child died there bodies were used as shields for those who were still alive and fighting. Shaun has been involved in many world-changing programs such as TOMS Shoes and Invisible Children.  He then created Falling Whistles and has made a huge difference because he and his support group was able to change the State Departments idea and send help to these suffering children This just shows it doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from you can make a difference if you want. You just have to have the morale motive and drive to change. So stop being scared of the what ifs and make it real.
